A few months ago, our desktop computer monitor went on the fritz. We didn't know what was wrong with it, we just ignored it. We have a laptop . . . one the boys aren't allowed to touch . . . but we were still connected. The boys had to resort back to their DS games instead of computer games. Rough life for them - yeah right! Anyway, so we were gone all week (which is another blog post for tomorrow) and we got back late Thursday night. Friday, we used the laptop and it seemed fine. Friday night, a couple of the keys stopped working, one of which was the F, which is contained in the password to get onto the computer. Yes, password protected from the boys. They pretty much destroyed one laptop already, so they weren't allowed to touch the new one. We haven't had it for very long, really . . . maybe 6 months. I can't remember. Anyway, this morning, it died. The keys totally stopped working, it started bugging out even with the mouse. We were able to copy the pictures and documents off of it before it totally freaked out. Neil took it into the store where we bought it and they are sending it back to the manufacturer. We'll either get ours back fixed or a brand new one FOR FREE! Phew! Still under warranty. So, then he was talking to the guy about our broken desktop computer monitor. He said that the back light was shot and it wasn't worth fixing. Neil found a display model that needed to be liquidated, so we got it for a good price. And that is how we are back in business. I can be in blog world again . . . yippee.
Tomorrow - trip pics! :)

I hate when new things break! I have enough old things breaking without the new stuff pitching in. So glad it was still under warranty!
Can't wait to see your trip pics!
