Ok - so I have been meaning post pictures of the aftermath of the recent storm (1/7). Our yard looks so GHETTO! We really didn't sustain much damage, but our neighbor's roof is in our yard. They lost quite a few roof tiles and had we thought to brace the fence sooner, we possibly could have saved two panels from blowing over. The wind was blowing directly toward our fence - not even a little off center. So, here is what our "fence" looks like - it's not really able to serve it's purpose right now . . . the 4x4 posts snapped, so we'll have to wait to fix it until the groun thaws enough to dig up cement that the post is set in! Fun, fun. Some friends of ours lost nearly all of their fence and have 16 posts to replace. It was crazy. Hopefully that is the end of the wind!
